Good people seem to know good people. That's why we place a high value on any recommendations you give to us. So as part of our continuing commitment to providing high quality staff to our clients, Recruit4health operates a referral bonus scheme that rewards people up to £300.00* in gift vouchers from Capital Incentives for every referral.

We’ll pay you up to £300.00 in Capital Incentive gift vouchers everytime we place someone you recommend in permanent or locum work
Payment will be made when the referred person completes either 520 hours locum work or is placed in a permanent position and stays in the position for at least 13 weeks
Excludes candidates currently registered with Recruit4health
To qualify for a Referral reward, your referred friend must be placed within a 6 month period of the referral being received
Referrals must be made to Recruit4health before the referred person registers with Recruit4health, referrals made at a later date will not be valid
Referral rewards must be claimed within 12 months of a referral
It is the responsibility of the candidate in question to claim the referral reward
If the referral reward is disputed in any way, Recruit4health's decision will be deemed to be final
These conditions may be changed at any time at Recruit4health's discretion
This offer may be withdrawn at any time at Recruit4health's discretion
